Build a childcare business from your own home, with support through registration, training, policies, systems and preparation for opening. Where space and requirements allow, you may also be able to employ assistants and increase the number of children you care for.
Childminder in Non-Domestic Premises
Provide childcare from premises such as a village hall, school building or purpose-designed setting. We help assess the suitability of the premises, prepare for registration and support you with systems, staffing, compliance and opening.
Nursery or Multiple Sites
For those with ambitions to open a larger nursery provision or develop multiple sites. Our team can support you with property considerations, business planning, Ofsted registration, recruitment, nursery systems, marketing, administration and ongoing operations.
Payment instalments are available.
A clear note should also be added beneath the prices explaining the 25% of earnings and annual membership arrangement, so potential franchisees understand the complete financial commitment before enquiring.

How the Process Works
From Your First Call to Opening Day
1. Discovery Call
Speak with our team about your experience, goals, preferred model and any questions you have.
2. Secure Your Opportunity
Once you are happy to proceed, a 25% deposit of the upfront cost secures your franchise.
3. Registration and Checks
We guide you through the required DBS, local authority, medical, identity and premises suitability checks.
4. Agreement and Onboarding
Following successful checks, your franchise agreement is signed and the remaining balance is paid.
5. Training and Preparation
Complete your required training while we help you prepare your policies, systems, premises and business for opening.
6. Launch Your Childcare Business
We work towards an agreed opening date and continue to provide support, training and guidance after launch.
